There are different GAEB implementations. I've tested with the official files, but if something doesn't work, feel free to contact me or if you want send the file to info@gaeb2excel.online. Then it might just work in a few days ;)

Currently the GAEB formats X81, X83, X84 and X86 are supported.
No, the converter runs in your browser. You only need Excel or any compatible software (LibreOffice, Google Sheets, etc.) to open the downloaded file.
Depending on the file type (X81, X83, or X84), information may be missing because it is not present in the file itself. For a complete picture, both file types can be converted and merged in Excel. Learn more in my article: Creating a Price Comparison with Excel.
